What is your cancellation policy?

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Speakermizer PowerUp and Launch (SPU&L) reserves the right to refuse/cancel attendee registrations. Refunds will only be offered if SPU&L refuses an attendee registration.

Event Cancellation by Speakermizer

SPU&L reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its control. Additionally, SPU&L reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather, low enrollment and/or any other factor that make the event non-viable. If SPU&L cancels the event, attendees will be offered full refunds. If the event is postponed, attendees may select to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the same event with the new date.

Attendee Cancellation

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is 30 days prior to the date of the event. The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases is 45 business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for attendees who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or invoice number. Refunds will be issued by check.

What meals are included with conference registration?
There are no meals included with conference registration. However, food and beverage served are available for purchase at the venue.
What kind of accessibility arrangements are available?
Speakermizer will provide support services upon request. Please request accessibility services or accommodations for people who experience disabilities at the time of registration and/or four weeks in advance to maximize our efforts. Please communicate your request here.
What kind of child care services are available?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Child Care Services.
What shuttle services and transportation is available?
There will be no complimentary shuttle provided.
